Meet the Principal

 

Welcome Stine Vikings!

I am Monica Hicks-Stout and I am thrilled to serve as your principal. I am dedicated to supporting our students and fostering a vibrant environment for learning.

With nearly 20 years of experience in education, including 8 years as the principal here at Stine Elementary School,  and a decade of teaching, including 6 years leading a Title I school, I have had the pleasure of working with diverse communities. My background includes teaching 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade in addition to vocational school and at the university level. I take pride in supporting educators in creating engaging learning environments.

At Stine, we are committed to nurturing not only academic success but also the social and emotional growth of our students.  passionate about helping students  reach their full potential. 

I am looking forward to an exciting year ahead filled with learning, discovery, and community involvement.
